Anyone living in Clay County can submit one product to be promoted in this section at no cost. Operating a store front is not a requirement, but the seller must meet all legal obligations to sell whatever product displayed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa. No adult or X-rated content will be considered, no exceptions. We do not charge anyone to have a product/service listed in this section.
