SHIPPING INFORMATION:
At The Plaster Shop & Doll Mfg Company we have made shipping costs easy to understand prior to placing your order -- most of our merchandise is offered to you with the shipping price included in the price.

Available shipping method is The US Post Office Priority Mail.  We typically ship all merchandise within 2 business day, however, if you elect to mail us a check your item will be held until the check clears -- so it could take as long as 10-14 days. Items that are ordered on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship out on Monday or Tuesday at the latest unless it is a holiday. For international purchases we will recalculate the price and send correct shipping within 2 days unless it is a weekend than you will receive amount on monday or tuesday .

RETURN POLICY:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our service and merchandise. All of our items carry a 30 day money back guarantee as long as items are returned in the same mint condition as received. If you do not wish to keep the item you have purchased you must call us within 30 days at (712) 262-9462 to obtain an RMA number. You can then return it at your shipping expense for a refund of the purchase price (you get full credit for merchandise, but not shipping cost). Once we issue an RMA number, it will be valid for 10 business days only. If you return merchandise for a refund that qualified you for free shipping, you will be charged shipping costs on the original shipment. All returns without any RMA number will be refused and returned to sender.
