Pedal and cord sets are pretty generic and pretty cheap, comparatively speaking. Call any repair shop and see what they'd charge for a set.
My general feeling about such inexpensive new machines (in either case) is that you're likely to be buying a machine that will last only for a few years, and may be frustrating to deal with. See:
